Warranty Terms

Defective Products

Customers must report any defective product to our Customer Care Department within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

Warranty Period

All eligible electrical goods come with a 1-month warranty from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page or invoice.

Repair First Policy

During the warranty period, defective products will be repaired first.

If the item cannot be repaired, it may be replaced, subject to stock availability.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty is void if:

• The product has been tampered with or opened.
• Repair has been attempted by the customer or an unauthorized person before sending it to the BuyMall.com.pk warehouse.
• The product has not been used according to the manufacturer's manual or instructions.
• Damage results from misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper handling.

Warranty Expiration

Repair or replacement requests will not be entertained after the applicable warranty period expires.

Product Components & Spare Parts

No Extra Attachments Provided

Only the attachments supplied with the original product will be provided. No additional or custom attachments are included unless specifically stated.

Spare Parts Policy

Loose spare parts are not provided separately during the warranty period unless specifically available from the manufacturer.

Return & Replacement Conditions

Mishandling Disclaimer

BuyMall.com.pk is not responsible for products damaged due to customer negligence, misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper handling.

Any apparent damage during transit should be reported to Customer Support as soon as possible after delivery.

No Refunds During Warranty

During the warranty period, refunds will generally not be issued where the product can be repaired or replaced under the applicable warranty terms.

Return Process & Charges

For warranty claims, the product may need to be sent to the designated BuyMall.com.pk warehouse according to instructions provided by Customer Support.

If the warranty claim is determined to be valid, applicable return shipping costs will be covered by BuyMall.com.pk.

For product returns unrelated to a warranty claim, a 30% restocking/processing fee may be deducted from the original invoice amount, where applicable.
