Warranty Terms & Conditions

Defective Product Notification

Any defective product must be reported to our Customer Care Department within 48 hours of delivery.

Warranty Coverage

All eligible electrical products come with a 1-month warranty from the date of receipt by the customer, unless a different warranty period is stated on the product page or invoice.

Repair First Policy

During the warranty period, eligible defective products will be repaired first. If the product cannot be repaired, it may be replaced, subject to stock availability.

Warranty Voided If Tampered

The warranty may be void if:

• The product has been tampered with, opened, or modified.
• Repair has been attempted by the customer or an unauthorized person before the product reaches the BuyMall.com.pk warehouse.
• The product has not been used according to the manufacturer's instructions/manual.

Warranty Expiry

Repair or replacement requests will not be entertained after the applicable warranty period has expired.

Additional Terms

No Extra Attachments Provided

BuyMall.com.pk does not supply additional attachments or accessories beyond those originally included with the product, unless specifically stated.

No Loose Spare Parts Supplied

Loose spare parts are not provided separately during the warranty period unless specifically available.

Customer Mishandling or Transit Damage

BuyMall.com.pk is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Customer negligence or mishandling
• Misuse or improper operation
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Improper storage or handling

Any apparent transit damage should be reported to Customer Support as soon as possible after delivery.

Refund Policy During Warranty

No refunds will generally be issued during the warranty period if the product can be repaired or replaced under the applicable warranty terms.

Return Process & Charges

For warranty claims:

• The product may need to be sent to the designated BuyMall.com.pk warehouse at the customer's initial expense.
• If the warranty claim is determined to be valid, applicable return shipping charges will be covered by BuyMall.com.pk according to the return instructions provided by Customer Support.

Return Deductions

If a product is returned for a reason other than a valid warranty claim, a 30% deduction from the original invoice price may apply as a restocking/processing fee.
